Lawrie Sanchez had said he would like to try and manage
a club side while continuing on as Northern Ireland manager.
The former Wycombe Wanderers boss has seen his stock rise considerably
during his stint with the Irish, with headline grabbing wins over England
and Spain seeing his name linked with some big jobs.
Sanchez says that while he enjoys his current job immensely, he also misses
club management and would like to try balancing the two.
He also stated that the IFA wouldn't stand in his way if he found a club
chairman who would let him do both jobs.
'If a job came along where I could do both, they (the IFA) wouldn't stand
in my way, it's a matter of finding a chairman and a club to do that with,'
he said.
'I am starting to miss the day-to-day but I also want to finish this campaign.
'I love the international job it's been fantastic for me.'
Northern Ireland currently lie joint second in Group F of the European
Championship qualifiers with Sweden, above Spain, but trailing leaders
Denmark.
