Russia internationals speak on the problems in national team.
Russian team are getting ready for their Saturday meeting
with Estonia in Euro-2008 qualifying round.
Russia will be satisfied only with a victory so the players have to score
as many goals as possible.
National team players agreed to comment the present situation in the team
to Sport Express.
"Everything depends on us," said Zenit striker Andrei Arshavin.
"If there is a gap between defenders and forwards it would be hard
to fire in a goal."
"I hope that the coming game will be different from our previous
matches as then we were not ready to show good football."
"The key thing for us is the final outcome of the game but the score
is of no importance."
"Estonia is a good team with strong and well-organized defense."
"We must earn three points and we'd better forget the matches when
we didn't manage to show good football," agreed Vladimir Bystrov.
"Estonia possesses strong defense capabilities and highly qualified
players who are ready to help the team."
Not all the leading players are in a perfect form now however the fact
that they are honored with the right to play for the national team must
encourage them to show their best on the field.
Estonia stands the last place but one in our Euro-2008 qualifying group
losing all three games.
