SPARTAK LOSE BYSTROV
Spartak midfielder Vladimir Bystrov won't help Spartak in the title
race as he has suffered a major injury.
Vladimir Bystrov spent ninety minutes on the pitch as Spartak
played Lokomotiv and was one of the best in his team.
It was probably in this match that the midfield man suffered an injury
that would keep him away from the pitch till the end of the season.
"The season is over for me as the investigaton showed my left leg
ligaments are injured," said Vladimir Bystrov to Sport Express.
"It is difficult to say when exactly I suffered the injury as I did
not feel pain during Loko clash."
"It was only in the lockers that it started ahcing but I guess it
was due to the importance of the clash that I hadn't felt anything before."
"This is the first serious injury in my career."
