Russian manager Boris Stukalov spoke to Sport Express about
his job in the youth team.
"Our chief task was creating of a youth team since almost all players
who performed for the team earlier couldn't play for the youth side through
age limits", said Stukalov.
"It was very hard to make start in the European qualifying campaign,
but all youngsters did their best to achieve positive results."
"Unfortunately our loss to Georgia left us second in the group and
we will keep level with Spanish opposition only in case they drop points
against Kazakhstan."
"There are three games to go in the group stage and one point could
be enough to seal the second place."
"However we will fight for the first place only and I think we could
put this task into practice."
"The season came to its deadline and we continue our qualifying journey
and two clashes against Spain will be crunch games that will determine
our future."
